Heidi's Group
Attention Heidi's Group! Our next class has been scheduled for Sunday 5/31. We will be doing 5 12 x 12 Girlfriend layouts. This was students choice. Remember, this project requires a four class commitment.

Thanks a Latte
Wow! What a great week I have had! First, two pairs of my Thursday Therapy BFF's (Sindee, the Whoooss, and Peggy) surprised me with a VERY EARLY birthday gift... a new shell for my Miche Bag that they felt I just had to have!!! They were right on that one.
Then my sweet friend Ginger (instructor of Serendipity) at Scrapbooks, Etc. got me this cute little "Thanks a Latte" stamp. Why? Just because it reminded her of me! Told ya' she is sweet!!!
I am truly blessed with dear friendships! "Thanks a Latte girls!" Luv yas!!!

It's Master Mini Books Class Day and yes, we are having cookies! In class we will be creating 12 pages and embellishing our album cover! Included are all the odd numbered pages (1, 3, 5, etc.). My friend Gale asked me to scan and stitch this 12 x 12 page she created. I was so moved by her photos and journaling, I asked her if I could share this layout on my blog. The journaling reads, "There is more than one kind of support system. My friends are my #1 source. The sand and the sea run a close second."

Happy Anniversary!
Happy Anniversary Chad and Susan! Celebrating 13-years today!!!
On our 5 year Anniversary I asked Chad, "Chad, do you think anyone is surprised that we've made it 5 years?" He thought about it for a few moments and replied... "Only you dear."

Gearing Up for Mother's Day
Here is a glimpse of a Mother's Day Class Project I did years ago. It's been on my mind lately as I have been working on a 2009 Mother's Day Class. When I showed this book to my younger brother, it choked him up...(we lost our mother unexpectedly 12-years ago) so, I gave it to him. I love him so much...he happens to be in possession of just about all of my most favorite mini book creations...and that's a lot of LOVE!!!
